Sourav is an international student from Bangladesh who earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from East West University. He joined the REACT Lab in 2025, bringing research experience in behavioral studies of users of active and emerging transportation modes. His research interests focus on understanding human behavior in transportation decision-making and translating this knowledge into the design of transportation systems that better accommodate active mobility. At the REACT Lab, his current research examines the interrelationship between electric vehicle (EV) and e-micromobility adoption. His work aims to identify strategies that encourage EV owners to adopt e-micromobility, contributing to sustainable transportation goals and helping address future travel and energy demand through alternative electrified mobility options.
